createData has changed to look for bAudit on the cfc definition of a type.
It will only audit a creation if bAudit does not exist or if the developer has set the bAudit metadata on the .cfc to true.
This is especially nessesary for tables like dmWebskinAncestor which could potentionally cause the fqAudit table to blow out.
